This course also demonstrates how to adjust your management style according to five cultural dimensions. These relate to differences in how power is perceived in relationships, whether there is a focus on the group or the individual, and whether rules or relationships are more important.
Finally, you’ll learn how to manage a global team by building relationships, overcoming logistical challenges, and developing a context for decision making.
